Winter: 8:30 am. to 1:30/2:00 pm.
Summer:6:30 am. to 11:30/12:00 Noon
Guideline for Parents
a. Please ensure that your
ward must reach the school before Assembly means your ward must be
punctual.
b. Please ensure that your ward comes to school in PROPER.
CLEAN SCHOOL UNIFORM.
c. Please check thai your ward has all the Text
books, Items of stationery, Craft materials etc.
d. Please let your
child not be absent from the School Without proper written Leave
application.
e.Please make it compulsory to attend the PARENT-TEACHER
MEETING conducted at regular intervals of the session. This will help
you
to know obout vour ward's progress and also will ensure a chance to.
interact with the teachers personolly.
f. PARENT-TEACHERS MEETING is
only tor Parents/Authorlzed Guardians only. Please don't send Home
tutors or any unauthorized persons,
g, Please sign the test
coples/Papers as and when required.
h. Please use the School Diary as
a means or communication with the school by Checking the remarks, if
any, made by the teacher.

j.Parents ore requested to send
only Authorlzed persons (declared in the applicatlan torm) to. take the
-child during dismissal. Unauthorized persons may not get the permission
of the school without proper verification.
k, Parents who want to
meet the teachers are requested to see- them In the office after
dismissal.
I, In case you wish to send Lunch Box, Water bottles to
your ward, please channel the same through the office.

not send money with the students. The school shall not take any
responsibility for the same.
ABSENCE AND
LATE COMING.
* Every student is expected to be in time for
the school Assembly before the commencement of
the cross.
*Absence must be explained in a note in the school diary.
In case of absence for more
than three days
"Leave application" may be submitted to the
Principal's office.
PAYMENT OF
SCHOOL TUITION FEE
The school TUITION FEE are required to be paid
for all the Twelve months of the year and shall be paid by 10th. Of
every Current Month. Fee Book must be presented at the time of payment.
Fee receipt must be kept In safe custody as
Parents/Guardians may be asked to present them
for verification if required
May-June
bills are sent out together and are expected to be
paid together. No reduction of fee is made
for holidays or broken periods.
Pupils are liable to be charged full
fee as long as their names are officially on the rolls.
A fine of Rs. 20/= wil be levied after 10, till
30th of the Current
month.
If
fee is due for MORE THAN
ONE MONTH pupil's name will be struck off
the rolls.
Non
refund of fees
Fees once
paid are neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances for
any reason whatsoever.
ATTENDANCE
90%
attendance is essential for promotion to the next class except in any
genuine Medical reason.
In case of sickness, a mealcal certificate
isto be submitted from the registered Medical practitioner only.
TRANSPORT & CONVENIENCE
Private Transport facility
available. School is not responsible for any accident on the way to or
from or in the school or at the stop. Porents are requested to take 10
and Mobile No. of the concerned driver and inform the
school in writing.

accuracy. Date of birth once entered cannot
be changed.
.. Prospective candidates will be tested in English, MaItlematics
and Hindi
in the
standard immediately below that 10 which they seek admission, except in
the cases of those who seek admission in Nursery and K.G. for them

written notice is to be given or a
month tuition fee is to be
paid before withdrawing students from the school.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATEor SCHOOL lEAVING
CERTIRCATEwill be issued only when all the school dues have been paid in
full.
.. Habitual Ilness. irregular attendance, Disobedience. Bad
conduct, non-payment of fees.justifies removal/withdrawal of the
student.
.. If a child falls to resume
classes on reopening of the New Scholastic year or a major holiday
withing six teaching days after
reopening. he/she will automatically deemed to have been withdrawn and
his/her name will be struck of the rolls.
.. RE-admission will be
done on payment of Re-admission fee, if the seat is
vacant.
